Hello there! After 9 years as a neighborhood boutique in Washington state, Evolve has shifted  to an online shop with a charitable purpose! We are proud to be partnering with the Guardian Group in the fight against human sex trafficking. A portion of all sales will benefit this cause! 

Evolve was opened in July 2014 by Cindy Buffo, a retail veteran with over 20 years experience, two boutiques and numerous awards. We are now operating online to be able to bring more of what Evolve has offered but now available 24/7 with a charitable cause.
